EMDR Intensive options are provided in 1-day, 3-day or 4-day intensives to treat your target goal. During intensives we incorporate a relational approach to EMDR including mindfulness, nervous system work, parts work, as well as somatic interventions. This service is NOT covered by insurance.

EMDR Intensive Options

One Day EMDR Intensive

A one-day intensive is for you if:

You are a current client receiving EMDR treatment and want to reduce symptoms and experience increased regulation.

Intensive includes: A 60-minute intake session to identify targets for processing.

4-hour session of EMDR resourcing, processing and integration.

Cost: $1,110.00

Three Day EMDR Intensive

A three-day intensive is for you if: You desire to reduce symptoms and experience increased regulation.

Intensive includes: A 90 minute intake session to identify targets for processing, a specialized assessment, treatment plan, as well as self care and coping strategies betweenn appointments.

Two 3-hour sessions of resourcing, processing, and integration.

Cost: $1,945

Four Day EMDR Intensive

A four-day intensive is for you if: You desire to reduce symptoms and experience increased regulation.

Intensive Includes: A 90 minute intake session to identify targets for processing, a specialized assessment, treatment plan, as well as self care and coping strategies between appointments.

Three 3-hour sessions of resourcing, processing, and integration.
